Position Description

Revision Skincare is seeking an outgoing, organized, and friendly Customer Service Representative to join our team and provide top-notch service to our Customers over the phone, via email and using written communications. The CSR directly interacts with our customers and Account Executives to answer all questions, solve problems, order processing, complaints, education and maintain our company’s high standard for service excellence.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Maintain knowledge of company products and services
  • Field all incoming calls, emails and respond in a timely manner
  • Process orders and returns
  • Document important customer information for future reference
  • Obtain necessary information from customers to process orders/complaints as well as follow-ups adequately
  • Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with customers and Account Executives and working to establish a positive rapport
  • Stay up to speed on processes, product knowledge and pertinent information related to order processing
  • Ability to maintain professional and courteous manner with customers always
  • Answer customer questions and provide information to resolve all issues
  • Dedication to customer satisfaction
  • Requirements, Education and ExpertiseProvide leadership, direction, coaching and development to the full team

            Requirements, Education and Expertise

            • High school diploma/College education preferred but not required
            • 3 + years of experience in customer service – related role
            • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
            • Ability to foster and maintain relationships
            • Organizational skills with ability to manage numerous projects and priorities at once
            • Positive, service-oriented attitude
            • Coachable
            • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and sometimes high-pressure environment
            • Strong computer skills and excellent phone disposition
            • Willingness to work independently as well as part of a team
