Position Description

We are looking for a Director to join our team who has a demonstrated track record as an outstanding problem-solver and strategic thinker with proven success delivering best in class digital and omni-channel customer experiences. This role is responsible for the overall consumer marketing strategy on owned, earned and paid digital platforms to drive revenue, new customer acquisition, retention, and conversion. This leader will also establish digital initiatives that add value for our physician partners to grow their brand and Revision Skincare within their practices. In further support of B2B growth, the Director will manage the extension of the Revision Skincare brand with third-party relationships on all B2B ecommerce platforms. This team member will provide the vision for advancing our Influencer program to the next level and represent the brand in direct communications with all Influencers and high-level KOLs. In addition, this individual will create a comprehensive digital strategy with a focus on elevated content that encompasses all Revision Skincare channel markets and audiences. This position reports to the Senior Director of Marketing and will directly supervise two team members supporting all eCommerce, Social Media, and Influencer initiatives.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead overall strategy and activation from concept to execution for all Revision digital platforms in alignment with overall company goals and an omni-channel mindset
  • Manage the extension of the Revision brand with third-party relationships on all B2B ecommerce platforms establishing long-term partnerships to drive growth and achieve sales goals while maintaining the integrity of the brand
  • Direct ongoing development and strategy of the Influencer Marketing program: identifying new opportunities, cultivating partnerships, and ensuring all Influencers are effective advocates of the company through social media, education, and other experiential marketing activities. In addition, identify opportunities to leverage Influencers with other business partners and across the organization
  • Oversee authentic Influencer campaigns that increase brand awareness and drive conversion while meeting revenue and margin goals
  • Lead KOL Brand Ambassador contracts and all deliverables with PR agency
  • Manage the relationships and all activities supporting our Revision Skincare Signature Experience & KOL Flagship centers: events, Influencer engagements, KOL support, and media outreach
  • Drive elevated content creation to attract new consumers and accounts while more deeply engaging existing audiences with innovative tactics and topics
  • Guide Corporate Social Responsibility messaging and efforts with alignment from Executive and Commercial Teams
  • Oversee the media and content calendar to drive the overall integration of all paid media and owned properties to ensure consistent branding and messaging while directing reallocation of spend as needed to maximize ROI
  • Ensure effective synergy, translation, and timing of messaging/content for product launches, promotions, PR, etc. between Sales, Marketing, and other teams as appropriate
  • Plan & manage digital marketing budget, forecast, and track spend in accordance with P&L goals
  • Oversee reporting, dashboards, and KPIs that lead to actionable insights producing impactful recommendations and enhancements ensuring that revenue contribution and business growth is optimized
  • Responsible for omni-channel coordination incorporating all digital activities and requirements across various business functions: Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience, Supply Chain and Customer Service
  • Collaborate with other Marketing leaders to manage initiatives with external PR agency
  • Partner with Brand Management and Commercial teams to support Go-To-Market strategies for new product launches and promotions utilizing various digital marketing tools in the right combination and sequence, at each phase in the launch process, to maximize impact of each initiative
  • Evaluate emerging technologies, trends, strategies, and competitive developments within digital and influencer marketing to provide insightful thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
  • Supervise pilot programs including the evaluation, reporting, and measurement of digital campaigns to continuously improve conversion rates and engagement across multiple channels
  • Responsible for leading the team in achieving sales targets and KPIs in accordance with company goals
  • Partner with the Customer Service and Quality teams to establish a communication and resolution process for interacting with consumers on social media platforms
        QUALIFICATIONS
        • Experience with social media management, Influencer Marketing tools and resources
        • Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years of relevant Marketing, Digital and PR experience, including 6+ years in a leadership role as a direct supervisor, and 6+ years working with Social/Digital platforms. MBA preferred
        • Understanding of ecommerce business functions including but not limited to, site platforms, analytics and reporting, merchandising/assortment plans, web store enhancements, and site optimizations. Shopify experience a plus
        • Solid experience executing Influencer programs, including identification of Influencers, negotiation of contracts, management of Influencer relationships and content creation, and success measurements
        • Experience working with Digital Marketing agencies and vendors
        • Strong understanding of best practices in all digital disciplines of owned, earned, and paid media--including but not limited to website, social media, SEO, email, CRM, Amazon platform, affiliate marketing, programmatic, etc.
        • Proven record of mentoring and inspiring team members on areas of expertise and professional development
        • Excellent project management, prioritization, and execution skills with acute attention to detail and ability to set clear objectives, hold teams accountable, and motivate them to consistently hit deadlines with quality work
        • Sophisticated, professional presentation and communication skills with strong influence and persuasion abilities
        • High level of business intelligence and professional intuition when working with teams, accounts, KOLs and Influencers
        • Able to express complex ideas and experiences with a straightforward approach to inspire teams
        • Experience in digital marketing analytics and performance measurement tools to make data-driven decisions, achieve results, and synthesize lessons learned and apply insights for future application
        • Solution and results-oriented personality balanced with sound business judgment
        • Ability to perform under pressure and adapt well when confronted with emergencies, escalating situations, and evolving priorities
        • Self-motivated professional able to thrive within a growing fast-paced organization
        • Experience working directly with skincare, beauty, pharmaceutical, OTC drug and/or personal care products is required
        • Proficiency in MS Office
        • Estimated Travel: 25%
