Are you an expert with Shopify Plus?  Is working with Amazon Vendor Central second nature to you?  Do you have impeccable ecomm analytic acumen?  Are you whip-smart and can work in a fast-paced environment? If this sounds like you…then you might be Revision’s Skincare’s new Ecommerce Manager. This dynamic person with strong quantitative skills and an analytical mindset will be responsible for Revision Skincare’s rapidly growing B2C & B2B e-commerce and marketplaces. 

This position is located in Irving, TX.  Remote work considered for the perfect candidate.


  • Leads the day-to-day activities of running an e-commerce business, including web store enhancements, merchandising/assortment plans, marketing/promotions, and analytics
  • Manage all backend Shopify Plus APIs
  • Manage site refreshes and development including: optimizations, new features/enhancements, and merchandising improvements to maximize conversion
  • Manage listings on Amazon Vendor Central daily, including setting up new listings, modifying listings and optimizing listings according to company's marketing strategies
  • Maintain product data and brand integrity throughout entire Amazon catalog
  • Monitor and analyze ASIN performance, rankings, ratings, and customer reviews and make recommendations to enhance rankings and performance to drive sales
  • Track and manage business KPIs to achieve e-commerce channel growth goals including Net Revenue/Sales, Gross Margin, Traffic, Transactions, Units, AOV, Conversion, Repeat and New Visitors, product performance, promotion performance, etc.
  • Provide daily, weekly, and monthly e-commerce reporting to leadership
  • Lead and execute keyword search strategy which identifies the most effective and targeted key phrases to drive traffic (i.e. paid search, email, DPA’s, etc.) in coordination with in-house team and external agencies
  • Track and analyze sales and campaign data to achieve budget goals
  • Responsible for regular monthly financial and website analytic reporting to key stake holders
  • Ensure successful delivery of omni-channel projects, providing business value, streamlined processes, and efficiencies to business units, including Finance, Customer Service, Marketing, IT, and Sales
  • Serve as the direct point of contact with outside web development agency
  • Attend and lead all weekly web agency meetings to ensure project deadlines are met
  • Manage and maintain paid search budget and spend summaries
  • Develop, execute and oversee the implementation of the brand’s Loyalty Program
  • Foster continuous improvement and innovation; ability to accept and lead change initiatives for eCommerce business
  • Assess the systems architecture currently in place and work with technical staff to recommend solutions for improvement
  • Work with web agency to optimize web architectures for navigability and accessibility, UX as well as mobile responsiveness
  • Support omni-channel ecommerce and marketplace integrations, as needed
  • Effectively collaborate with leadership and internal teams and serve as subject matter expert


  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 5+ years of website development experience
  • 3+ years of experience in e-commerce solutions
  • 2+ years of Amazon Vendor Central and AMS experience
  • 2+ years of Shopify development experience
  • Familiarity with Shopify Liquid (Ruby)
  • Expertise working with popular Shopify APIs and extensions
  • Expertise in analytic reporting from Shopify, Amazon and Google Analytics
  • Proven analytical skills and ability to interpret quantitative data sets, including a strong understanding of online metrics
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce, omni-channel, and supply chain solutions
  • Expertise in troubleshooting web issues and conducting root cause analysis
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
  • Experience working with customer loyalty programs
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to juggle multiple high priority initiatives
  • Sense of urgency and ability to effectively prioritize
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Team-oriented and self-motivated
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail (visual consistency, browser testing, validation, load times)
  • Working directly with skincare, beauty, pharmaceutical, OTC drug and/or personal care products is highly desired, but not required
