Position Description:

Deliver the highest quality branded creative content to elevate the Revision Skincare brand. Create disruptive marketing materials via fresh-thinking concepts that can be delivered on time and on budget. Work in a fast-paced, team environment with professional designers, marketing managers, sales leaders and executive team members. Responsible for execution of all assigned creative projects, creative development and creative alignment.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Creative Branding

    • Develop creative materials to support the Revision Skincare brand
    • Regularly align with creative team with the commercial strategy for creative inspiration, direction and understanding
    • Ability to link resources across multiple mediums to serve common creative direction
    • Creative thinking and ideation to develop visual aspects of marketing materials

    Photography

    • Take and retouch product photography

    Graphic Design

    • Responsible for graphic production, copy and design to ensure all marketing pieces are aligned with the Brand and communicate a consistent message
    • Create graphic design work for multiple channels which include print, digital, social, product packaging and more
    • Be aware of current trends, fashion, magazines, retail stores, popular culture and social media and translate these into contemporary and relevant creative materials
    • Formulate basic layout design or presentation approach, and specify material details, such as style and size of type, photographs, graphics, animation, video and sound

    Packaging

    • Will primarily design packaging artwork for primary, secondary, inserts and kits for skincare portfolio
    • Will work with outside vendors for the creation of product packaging

    Project Management:

    • In collaboration with the Marketing Operations Manager, you will provide key updates to help manage the complete process from creative brief to finished execution of marketing assets

    Brand Asset Management:

    • Maintain and manage library of images, logos and style guides.
    • Professionally manage active files including observing existing naming conventions and consistent version control

    Customer Service:

    • This role is expected to consistently provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients as well as represent client needs and goals within the organization to ensure quality.

    Quality Assurance:

    • Ensure technical accuracy, regulatory adherence, legal clearance and brand approval. Will proofread all materials and check for errors.

    All other duties as assigned.

Education: 

Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Art, Design, Marketing or related discipline + 4 years of professional design experience which includes experience with print, digital, packaging design, event/environmental and photography skills.

Experience: 

Outstanding portfolio with a proven commitment to produce outstanding work. Skin Care/Cosmetics/Personal Care experience is not a requirement, but a strong plus.

Skills: 

Strong Mac user.  Demonstrated experience with Adobe Creative Suite, MS Office.  Solid organizational and time management skills.  Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Keen sense of typography, illustration, layouts and photography. Web design/development experience is a bonus, while having experience developing creative specifically for responsive design across all digital channels (desktop, mobile, tablet, etc.) is required. Additional specific experience with packaging, mockups, photo retouching and video production is a bonus.  PowerPoint experience highly desired to create dynamic templates and visuals to support key presentations.  Experience with Bynder Workflow software or similar project management platform required.
