The guarantee is also limited to original, end-user purchasers in the United States and claims must be submitted within 45 days from the date of purchase.
If you did not purchase from RevisionSkincare.com, we kindly ask that you first contact the seller from whom you purchased to inquire about its return policy. To otherwise make a guarantee request, please provide the following information to hello@revisionskincare.com: (1) name and preferred contact, (2) product purchased, (3) reason for dissatisfaction, (4) date and place of purchase, (5) proof of purchase, and (6) pictures of the product and the lot number. In certain instances, we may also request that you return the product to us; if such request is made, we’ll provide you with a prepaid shipping label. Please allow up to 30 business days for processing.
Revision Skincare reserves the right to verify information, require a valid proof of purchase, and to deny money-back guarantee requests in its discretion in cases of suspected fraud or where we conclude that the purchaser has abused the money-back guarantee. Repeated guarantee requests are subject to review. We reserve the right to deny multiple return/refund requests.
