Depending upon the type, a toner can act like a final rinse to the skin after cleansing or it can help restore the skin’s pH. It also helps prepare the skin for other products. Those with normal, dry or sensitive skin should use an alcohol-free toner.
Allantoin, Aloe, Bisabolol and Chamomile calm the skin.
Use twice daily after cleansing or following Purifying Cleansing Gel, Gentle Cleansing Lotion, Brightening Facial Wash, or Papaya Enzyme Cleanser.
Most toners that make your skin feel tight usually contain Denatured Alcohol and/or Witch Hazel. Soothing Facial Rinse does not contain either one of these ingredients as it was formulated to be used by all skin types, especially sensitive skin.
