Love the product but not your replacement process

I’ve been using nectifirm advanced and many of your other products for the past decade. The most recent nectifirm advanced product I received was defective. The pump wouldn’t disperse any product. I returned it to you and it took 3 1/2 weeks to receive a replacement! Why so long? Thankfully, I’ve only had 2 defective products of yours in the past decade.
